Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from The Atelier Edit. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached. Returned items must be free from stains, marks, tears, damage, odours (including perfume, smoke, or deodorant), or any other signs of wear.

If your item arrives damaged or with visible defects, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear images of the issue. While such occurrences are rare, we will review the situation and do our best to provide the most suitable solution.

Please note that returns will not be accepted if:

The original tags have been removed.
The item shows any signs of being worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
The return request is submitted more than 7 days after delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as The Atelier Edit cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Please contact us for returns address.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
